Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. His work extends into the innovative realms of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy and Healthcare. Dr. Chatale has authored six international research articles and holds a design patent granted by the UK government, marking significant contributions to his field.

Dr. Jyoti Gangane is a Professor in the E&TC Department at Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai). She earned her PhD in Wireless Communication from the University of Malaga, Spain (2016) and brings 32 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication. Dr. A.V. Ullas is an Assistant Professor in the Nanotechnology program at the Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) AKTU Lucknow. He received his Ph.D.Degree in Applied Chemistry from Delhi Technological University(DTU) in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor in Plastics Engineering at CIPET Lucknow from Aug 2017-2019. He later joined Nanotechnology program at CAS AKTU from September 2019. He is having 07 Years of Experience in the field of teaching. Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment.
