Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor (Embryology Department) at OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad. With 12 years of experience in IVF laboratories, he has worked as a Lab Manager and QC Manager, supporting quality systems and laboratory performance in assisted reproduction. She earned her PhD in Nanotechnology (2020) from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University and has 9 years of experience in materials science and nanotechnology. Her expertise includes materials synthesis for energy applications, particularly photovoltaics and third-generation solar cells. She has published 21 peer-reviewed articles and is a recipient of the WISE–KIRAN PDF Award (2024).

Ms. Daina Yesuraj is a Lecturer in the GUCR department at the University of Dubai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Marine biotechnology from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy since 2023. Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. Dr. Gargi Dutta is a PhD-trained chemist (Organometallic Chemistry, IIT Kanpur) with expertise in cobaloximes, porphyrin/corrole-based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), and homogeneous/heterogeneous catalysis, including CO₂ fixation. She has held research roles at Technion (Israel) and IISc Bengaluru, and has served in industry as Research Manager at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, focusing on analytical method development for APIs. She is also experienced in quality systems and standards through work with BIS and is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) with strong teaching and research supervision credentials.
