Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Currently an AI Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, she collaborates with Google’s Business Unit to develop generative AI models focused on responsible, high-impact solutions. Dr. Abhishek Aher is a Project Scientist at the Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology. He received his Ph.D. Degree in anti-cancer research from Centre for DNA Fingerprinting & Diagnostics, Hyderabad, in 2023 and earned his postdoctoral from Lab of Immunology, CDFD Then working as a Project Scientist in CCMB. He has 9 Years of Experience in the field of Cancer drug discovery & development. His Area of Expertise includes Drug Discovery & Development for Cancer & Parkinson’s Disease. Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. He has also delivered training workshops for Jharkhand CID and Dhanbad Police. Proficient in tools such as FTK, ADF, AmpedFive, and Leica 3D Scanner, he is focused on advancing modern forensic investigation practices.

Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.

Dr. Aqsa is an Assistant Professor and researcher with over a decade of professional experience in academia and research, specializing in Criminal Law. She has supervised 40 undergraduate theses and served as a project coordinator for the ‘Standardized Module for Legal Awareness Program,’ a project undertaken by Jamia Millia Islamia in collaboration with the National Commission for Women in 2014. She has published six papers in reputed law journals and has presented numerous papers at national seminars and conferences on legal issues. She was honored with the Best Paper Presentation award in the field of Victimology. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in delivering guest lectures, judging moot court competitions, and serving as a resource person for workshops on legal issues at national forums.

Dr. Siva Mohan Reddy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.She/he received his/her Ph.D. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science in 2013 and earned his/her postdoctoral from York University. Then he is working as a Faculty in Department of Chemical Engg, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee from 2015 onwards. He/she is having 10 Years of Experience in the field of nanomaterial synthesis, bio- nanomaterials, nano-carbon materials for energy and environment. Her/his Area of Expertise includes: Nano carbon hybrid materials, H2 production from biomass, Biofuels, Bio- nanomaterials, Waste water treatment, Solid and liquid waste management, Nanocatalysts for energy and environment applications. She/he is the author of 50 international peer review journal papers, has ongoing/completed more than 3 crore grant from different funding agencies, and recipient of Young Influential Researcher – Asia 2023 by ACS.

Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. He completed an M.Tech in AI-ML from BITS Pilani (2024), holds an MBA from FMS (1996), and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur (1985).
