Prof. Tinku Basu is the Founder Director of Amity Centre for Nanomedicine at Amity University, Noida, with a PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 1993. Since 2003, she has been a driving force in nanomedicine, specializing in sensor development. Prof. Basu’s impactful contributions include mobile app-based sensors for pesticides, COVID antibodies, and diabetes management. Her research spans electrochemical diagnostic biosensors, precise synthesis of materials like reduced graphene oxide, metal organic frameworks (MOF), and anisotropic metal nanoparticles. Noteworthy inventions include hand-held biosensors for Aflatoxin B1, triglyceride biosensors with extended shelf life, and reusable cholesterol and glucose sensors. With over 50 international publications in peer-reviewed journals and 7 granted patents out of 22 filed, Prof. Basu is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Recognitions include the Global Centre for Excellence Education awards by the Japan Govt in 2011 and 2014, and the Best Paper of the Year from King Abulaziz City for Science and Technology in 2013. Prof. Basu’s expertise in translational research, nano biosensors, electrochemical synthesis, and stable conducting polymers has left an indelible mark in the scientific community. She is a respected reviewer for journals like Springer, Elsevier, and ACS.
Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. He founded Scripta Lex Law Firm and established an independent legal practice, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and several tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and consumer forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
As an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, Mr. Tiwari has gained extensive experience in handling complex legal matters in Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC). He serves as a panel counsel for the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and has been appointed as Amicus Curiae in various cases before the NCDRC.

Dr. G. Reshma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at PVPSIT. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2021 and worked as a Assistant Professor in PVPSIT Institute/University for 17 Years. Dr. Mahima Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Science and Humanities Department (Physics) of Compucom Institute of Technology and Management (CITM), Jaipur, Rajasthan. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Amity Institute of Nanotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida in 2020. Then worked as a Lecturer in Government Engineering College, Jhalawar Rajasthan for 3 Years. she is having 7 Years of Experience in the field of physics. Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. Dr. Debashree De is a seasoned scientific writer (Ex-novartis) with 15 years of research experience. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural Biology and Biochemistry from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2012 and earned her postdoctoral from Centro di Rierca E. Menni, Fondazione Poliambulanza- Istituto Ospedaliero, Brescia, Italy. She worked as a Scientific Research Writer and Lead Development Manager for BrainAura, a startup company based out of India and the UK and also as a senior scientific writer in novartis. Dr. Chakravarthi Mohan is currently working as General Manager, certifications at the Indian society for certification of organic products (ISCOP), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. He received his Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology from Bharathiar University in 2015 and earned his postdoctoral fellowship from the Federal University of Sao Carlos during 2016 -2020. In 2021, he joined ISCOP as a Quality Manager. He has 15 Years of Experience in the field of Biotechnology. Her/his Area of Expertise includes genetic engineering, protein expression, and bioinformatic analysis of big data. Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is Dean at School of Allied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Over 14 year of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published several research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. The same has already been highlighted in the National news papers. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.
Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.
Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering at China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He earned his PhD from Lanzhou University (2022) and completed his postdoctoral research at China Three Gorges University (2025). With 3+ years of research experience in aquatic biology, toxicology, and nanotechnology, his work focuses on emerging pollutants, aquatic pollution, nano-toxicity, and fisheries-related research, including fish physiology and behavior.
Dr. Neeta Bhagat was Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Biotechnology at the Amity University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Bundelkhand University in 2008. Then worked as a AP-III in AIB Institute for 15 years. She is having 22+ years of experience in the field of Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical. Her area of expertise includes: Microbiology and Biomedical Sciences.
