Dr. Bandoo Chhagan Chatale is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy sector, celebrated for his visionary and mission-oriented approach. As the founder and mentor of Pharmacy Success Hub since July 2014, he has been a guiding force in empowering pharmacy professionals. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. His work extends into the innovative realms of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy and Healthcare. Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects. He was one of the core members of the scientific team of TDNBC in preparing the national guidelines for evaluation of nano-based agri-input and food products published by the DBT, Govt. of India. He co-founded the prestigious journal ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ and serves as an Associate Editor. Dr. Das’s expertise extends beyond academia. He currently serves as an external consultant in the area of nano-induced health effects for ‘Save The Environment’ (STE), a non-government organization focusing on environment. Driven by his passion for innovation and commitment to the environment, Dr. Ratul Das continues to make remarkable contributions to the field of Nanobiotechnology.

Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. He has published 79 research papers, 8 books, 14 book chapters and secured a patent (6 patents filed). He has guided several PhD, Master’s and Undergraduate students. Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy Poonuru is a Professor in the Pharmaceutics Department of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kakatiya University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. He is having 20 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmaceutics His Area of Expertise includes: Novel Drug delivery systems, Coprecipitates, Solubility Enhancement, Bioavailability Improvisation, Brain drug delivery and Topical and transdermal drug delivery systems. Dr. Rini Chaturvedi is a DST Inspire Faculty in the Department of Microbiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural parasitology from ICGEB, New Delhi University in 2021 and earned her postdoctoral from university of ICGEB, New Delhi. She is having 13 Years of Experience in the field of Molecular medicine. Her Area of Expertise includes: Structural Parasitology, Drug Discovery, Public Health, Immunology, epigenetics. Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. He has also delivered training workshops for Jharkhand CID and Dhanbad Police. Dr. Jyoti Gangane is a Professor in the E&TC Department at Vishwaniketan’s iMEET (University of Mumbai). She earned her PhD in Wireless Communication from the University of Malaga, Spain (2016) and brings 32 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication. Her expertise includes digital signal processing (DSP) and wireless communication, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.
