Ms. Aaysha Gupta is a Research Scholar in the Biotechnology Department at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. She is pursuing a PhD in Medical Biotechnology, with a focus on exploring the anti-aging potential of Indian medicinal plants. Ms. Gupta has previously held the positions of Editor and Event Organizer at Microbioz Journals for two years. She brings over three years of dedicated research experience in the field of Medical Biotechnology, specializing in muscle aging.

Sneh Lata is a Senior Research Fellow at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, specialising in developing advanced analytical methods for environmental and biological samples. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Delhi. She has extensive experience utilising sophisticated analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and ICP-OES. Her research focuses on wastewater remediation, heavy metals, and pesticide analysis, with a strong background in metabolomics and structure elucidation of plant molecules. Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers

Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.

Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia.
