Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. In the recent Stanford University study, he was ranked among the world’s top 0.5% scientists, and among the top 100 Indian scientists, independent of the area of specialisation. Among numerous coveted honours and awards received by him are the National Design Award in Environmental Engineering, the IPCL award for Safety and Hazard Management in Petroleum Industries, the National Hydrology Award, the International Desalination Association’s prize, and fellowships of the National Academy of Sciences and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers

Miss Nishita is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Science Department of Environmental Science at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has submitted his/her Ph.D. thesis in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. She/he is the BRICS YOUNG SCIENTIST 2023, recipient of any Grants, awards etc.

Dr. A. O. Surendranathan is a Retired Professor in the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Ph. D. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mangalore University in 1994. Then continued to work as a Lecturer (Senior Scale) in National Institute of Technology for 2 Years. He is having 41 Years of Experience in the field of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. His Area of Expertise includes Powder Metallurgy, Super plasticity, Lithium Battery, and Corrosion. He is the author of a book entitled, “An Introduction to Ceramics and Refractories”, recipient of 7 Project Grants. 7 awards etc.

Mr. Keshan is an AI/ML researcher, educator, and technologist with an M.Tech in AI & ML and 10+ years of teaching experience. His expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Quantum Computing. Over the past three years, he has actively mentored students and professionals across India, the UK, Belgium, and the USA, delivering application-driven courses focused on conceptual clarity and hands-on learning. He also leads free AI education initiatives for underprivileged girls globally, using technology to create meaningful social impact

Dr. Debika Bhattacharyya is a Professor in the CSE Department of IEM at the University of Engineering & Management. She received her Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2007 and then worked as a Professor in CSE Institute for 22 Years. She is having 6 Years of Experience in the field of Data Science.

Prof. Dr. Rajiv Dutta a prolific researcher, an outstanding academician, and an able administrator is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, London, and the Institute of Physics,London. Currently working as Dean (Research and Innovation) and Dean & Professor at the School of Bioengineering and Sciences (SBE&S) at Shobhit University, Gangoh, Dist.-Saharanpur, UP. He is also a Senior Professor of Biophysics and Bio-Engineering at SBE&LS at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology (Deemed-to-be-University), Meerut. He has earned M. Tech. in Biotechnology and Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering of IIT, Kharagpur, a Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani, and also earned the Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration. He was honoured with D.Sc (h.c.) by IUCM, Colombo, Sri Lanka for his extraordinary contribution to producing large-scale biomass or herbal medicine production. He was also a Research Faculty at the Department of Botany at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, and the Department of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sharda University. He earned his PhD in Mathematical Computing from IIT Roorkee (2014) and completed his postgraduate studies in Computer Applications from IIT Roorkee. With 25 years of experience across mathematics and computer science, his expertise includes machine learning, medical imaging, and mathematical computing, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. Ms. Daina Yesuraj is a Lecturer in the GUCR department at the University of Dubai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Marine biotechnology from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy since 2023. She has more than 10 years of combined experience in the field of teaching and research. Her area of expertise includes: sustainability and seaweed biotechnology. She is the author of few research papers and a book chapter related to application of seaweeds. Other than academia, she simultaneously serves as a Judge for the Global Undergraduate Awards, Ireland since 2022.
