Dr. Kusuma Jagadish is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Materials Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. She earned her PhD in Nanotechnology (2020) from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University and has 9 years of experience in materials science and nanotechnology. Her expertise includes materials synthesis for energy applications, particularly photovoltaics and third-generation solar cells. She has published 21 peer-reviewed articles and is a recipient of the WISE–KIRAN PDF Award (2024).

Dr. Rudrarup Gupta is a distinguished academic and the Proprietor of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT INTERFACE,” an organization dedicated to management and skill enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and a D.Litt from California University FCE, awarded in 2017. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he has significantly contributed to management and skill development as a Faculty and Assistant Professor at various institutions for 13 years. Degree from Mody University, Laxmangarh in 2016 and earned her postdoctoral in Business law from university of Indian Law, Pune in 2021. Dr. Rini Chaturvedi is a DST Inspire Faculty in the Department of Microbiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural parasitology from ICGEB, New Delhi University in 2021 and earned her postdoctoral from university of ICGEB, New Delhi. She is having 13 Years of Experience in the field of Molecular medicine. Her Area of Expertise includes: Structural Parasitology, Drug Discovery, Public Health, Immunology, epigenetics. She is the author of 21 research articles, DST INSPIRE Faculty grant recipient, Young Scientist award, etc.

Dr. G. Reshma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at PVPSIT. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2021 and worked as a Assistant Professor in PVPSIT Institute/University for 17 Years. She is having 8 Years of Experience in the field of Data Analytics. Her area of expertise includes: Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Data Science, AI. She is the author of Prologue to Artificial Intelligence Techniques-Predicting the future. Recipient of Young Researcher Award 2020 by International Association of Research and Developed Organization on March 2020. Dr. Upma Pal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at the Gautam Buddha University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Microbiology from ICAR- NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE in 2022. Then worked as an Assistant professor at Gautam Buddha University. She has 5 Years of Experience in the field of Bioethanol production utilizing dairy waste. Her Areas of Expertise include: bioethanol production, yeast development, metabolic engineering, gene expression ,etc.

Dr. Ruby Singh is the Director, Department of Bioinformatics at Gevanam Genomics Company, Lucknow. She earned her PhD in Biotechnology (2020) from Amity University and brings 6+ years of R&D experience, including roles as a Research Assistant at Biogenix, Lucknow and as a Medical Researcher at Crazy Fox Creations, Lucknow. Dr. A. O. Surendranathan is a Retired Professor in the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Ph. D. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mangalore University in 1994. Then continued to work as a Lecturer (Senior Scale) in National Institute of Technology for 2 Years. Dr. Deepak Gola is an Environmental Consultant in Trinity International, New Delhi. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Biotechnology from IIT Delhi in 2018. Then worked as an Assistant Professor at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) & IILM University Institute/University for 4 Years. He is having 6 Years of Experience in the field of Environmental Biotechnology and Nanotechnology His Area of Expertise includes: Wastewater Treatment, Nanotechnology, and Carbon footprint. He is the author of more than 50 journals and book chapters, a recipient of 2 consultancy project Grants, and multiple awards etc.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.
