Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr. Roy’s expertise and contributions have cemented his reputation in the field.

Dr. Vipin Singh is a former Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology, Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad and earned his postdoctoral from Institute of Biology, Ecole normal Superior, IBENS – Paris. He has more than 11 years of research and teaching experience in Genome data analysis, Molecular biology, Bioinformatics. His Area of Expertise include Molecular Biology, rDNA Technology, Genetics, Genomics and Proteomics, Bioinformatics -NGS Data Analytics, PERL, R, Python, Awk, Biopython. Then, he worked as a Senior Resident in Osmania Medical College for a year. He is having 4 years of experience in the field of Pharmacology.
