Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. He has published widely and has received research grants and awards.

Dr. Teena is a law academic and researcher with an LL.M. in Corporate Laws from Bhagat Phool Singh University, Sonepat, and a PhD (2019) from Amity University Gurugram. A UGC-NET (Dec 2014) qualified professional, she is recognized for innovative teaching and research excellence, including the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Innovative Teaching Pedagogy at K.R. Mangalam.

Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. Mr. Rahul Bharati, serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in Law at the Government Institute of Forensic Science, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, is an accomplished academic with degrees including LL.M., MBA (HR), M.Sc. (Physics), and DCE from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Himadri B. Bohidar is currently associated with National Center for Excellence in Agro- nanotechnology TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Center, Gurgaon, NCR. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1981 and earned Academic Experience of 31 years in Teaching & Research. Then earned Administrative Experience in JNU for 8 Years. He is having 12 Years of Administrative Experience at National Level. His Area of Expertise includes Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Nano-bio interface science, Soft Matter Science, Polymer Physics, Biophysics. He has 221(h index: 28) Publications in International Journals and author of 2 Books i.e., Polymer Physics and Molecular Biophysics: Cambridge University Press, 2014, UK, and Self-Assembly of Nanoparticles: Wiley- VCH, Berlin, Germany, 2017). MR. SYED KRAR HAIDER BUKHARI is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and associated with Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Superior University, Lahore. He received the Master of Science degree in computer science (MSCS) from FAST NUCES Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. He has 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, image processing, computer Vision, deep Learning ,NLP and Generative AI.He is currently working as an Data Scientist at digital DirAction. He is mentor and AI / ML Trainer at DirAction. He worked remotely as an AI / ML engineer at TPL UK based company. He is Editorial Board Member at STM Journals. Dr. Nabeel Ahmad is Dean at School of Allied Sciences and Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Over 14 year of teaching, research and administrative experience. He has published several research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals. He also served as Editor in three books on nanobiotechnology namely 3 D Printing Technology in Nanomedicine, Intelligent Nanomaterials for Drug Delivery Applications and Emerging Nanotechnologies for Medical Applications published by Elsevier Pennsylvania USA. He also serving as eminent member of Editorial Board of Journal of International repute. In addition to that, seven patents are also in his credit on nanobiotechnology and discussion is going on to transfer the technology to three organizations to commercialize the same. The same has already been highlighted in the National news papers. Recipient of prestigious fellowship including the Teachers Associateship for Research Excellence (TARE) fellowship under Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Department of Science & Technology (DST) New Delhi. He is the Fellow of Linnean Society (FLS) London. His areas of research are nanobiotechnology, nanosensors, and bioprocess engineering.
