Dr R. Sharma received his BE (Civil Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (formerly University of Roorkee, Roorkee) in 1994; mTech (Ocean Engineering) in 1999 and PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, in 2008. Presently, he is working as Associate Professor at the Department of Ocean Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology madras, Chennai, India. His research interests are: Design, analysis and production of marine structures, marine robotics and dynamic data driven forecasting systems.

Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and
Applications at the Sharda University
he received his Ph.D. Degree in Mathematical Computing from IIT
Roorkee in 2014 and earned his postgraduate from IIT Roorkee in Computer
Applications. Then worked as a Professor in Department of Computer Science
and Applications of Sharda School on Engineering and Technology of Sharda University for one
Years. He/she is having 25 Years of Experience in the field of Mathematics and Computer
Science. Her/his Area of Expertise includes: Machine Learning, Medical Imaging, and
Mathematical Computing.

Dr. Mian Adnan Kakakhel is a Research Associate in College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2022 from Lanzhou University, China and earned his postdoctoral from China Three Gorges University, China in 2025. He is having 3 years of Experience in the field of Aquatic Biology/Toxicology/Nanotechnology. Dr. Sumit Sheoran is an assistant officer and research scholar in the department of biochemistry at the university of lovely professional university, Jalandhar. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry from Lovely Professional University in 2024. He has 2 Years of experience in the field of biochemistry. His area of expertise includes drug discovery, nano-formulations, cell line analysis, and wet lab techniques of biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology. Dr V. Gayathri is a Senior Scientist in the KSCSTE- Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI), Department of Phyto-chemistry and Phyto-pharmacology Division at the Kerala State Council for Science Technology and Environment (KSCSTE), Govt. of Kerala. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from University of Kerala in 2006 and earned her postdoctoral from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, Govt. of India. Then working as a Senior Scientist in KSCSTE-Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI)Institute/University for 5 Years. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology. She is the author of more and 20 Peer reviewed journals and recipient of any National funded Grants, 3 awards etc.

Dr. Neeta Bhagat was Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Biotechnology at the Amity University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Bundelkhand University in 2008. Then worked as a AP-III in AIB Institute for 15 years. She is having 22+ years of experience in the field of Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical. Her area of expertise includes: Microbiology and Biomedical Sciences. She is the author of 20 +research articles and one book and guided PhD student, many M. Tech, M.Sc., B.Tech, B.Sc. students for project and dissertation work.

Mr. Keshan is an AI/ML researcher, educator, and technologist with a strong academic foundation (M.Tech. in AI & ML) and over a decade of teaching experience. Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession.
