Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. He completed an M.Tech in AI-ML from BITS Pilani (2024), holds an MBA from FMS (1996), and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur (1985).

Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy Poonuru is a Professor in the Pharmaceutics Department of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kakatiya University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. He is having 20 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmaceutics His Area of Expertise includes: Novel Drug delivery systems, Coprecipitates, Solubility Enhancement, Bioavailability Improvisation, Brain drug delivery and Topical and transdermal drug delivery systems. He is the author of several articles in national and international Peer review Journals recipient of Received 4.2 lakhs grant from TSCOST for carrying research titled “A Cost Effectiveness Analysis of Rosuvastatin against Atorvastatin in The Primary and Secondary Prevention of Cardiovascular diseases And Stroke” and 3 Lakhs grant for conducting CEP by Pharmacy Council of India titled “New Paradigms in Teaching — Learning Process; Best oral presentation award at 73rd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, 2024, Hyderabad; Best Poster Presentation at NIPER, Hyderabad 2023 Etc.

Dr. Shiv Kumar Verma is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sharda University. He earned his PhD in Mathematical Computing from IIT Roorkee (2014) and completed his postgraduate studies in Computer Applications from IIT Roorkee. With 25 years of experience across mathematics and computer science, his expertise includes machine learning, medical imaging, and mathematical computing, with strong experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Dr. Darshan Panda is a Scientist in the Department of Crop Physiology & Biochemistry at the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Bidyadharpur, Cuttack. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology from Ravenshaw University in 2022. He is working currently as a Scientist at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack. He has published his research findings through the publication of over 50 articles in esteemed academic international journals. He has 10 years of experience in the fields of plant physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. His area of expertise includes crop photobiology, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, tissue culture and biotechnology. He is the author of two textbooks in biotechnology and microbiology.

Dr. Debashree De is a seasoned scientific writer (Ex-novartis) with 15 years of research experience. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Structural Biology and Biochemistry from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2012 and earned her postdoctoral from Centro di Rierca E. Menni, Fondazione Poliambulanza- Istituto Ospedaliero, Brescia, Italy. She worked as a Scientific Research Writer and Lead Development Manager for BrainAura, a startup company based out of India and the UK and also as a senior scientific writer in novartis. She has 15 Years of Experience in the field of peptide biochemistry. Her area of expertise includes: Structural biology and biochemistry, Scientific writing, Real World Evidence. Ms. Aaysha Gupta is a Research Scholar in the Biotechnology Department at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. She is pursuing a PhD in Medical Biotechnology, with a focus on exploring the anti-aging potential of Indian medicinal plants. Ms. Gupta has previously held the positions of Editor and Event Organizer at Microbioz Journals for two years. She brings over three years of dedicated research experience in the field of Medical Biotechnology, specializing in muscle aging.

Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.
