He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in September 2020, after obtaining his master’s degree from NIPER, Mohali in June 2014. With a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Chatale specializes in Computer-Aided Drug Design, taste masking, synthesis of small chemical entities, cocrystal formation, and Hot Melt Extrusion (HMT) Technology. His work extends into the innovative realms of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy and Healthcare. Dr. Chatale has authored six international research articles and holds a design patent granted by the UK government, marking significant contributions to his field.

Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy Poonuru is a Professor in the Pharmaceutics Department of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kakatiya University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. He is having 20 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmaceutics His Area of Expertise includes: Novel Drug delivery systems, Coprecipitates, Solubility Enhancement, Bioavailability Improvisation, Brain drug delivery and Topical and transdermal drug delivery systems. Dr. Kusuma Jagadish is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Materials Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. She earned her PhD in Nanotechnology (2020) from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University and has 9 years of experience in materials science and nanotechnology. Her expertise includes materials synthesis for energy applications, particularly photovoltaics and third-generation solar cells. She has published 21 peer-reviewed articles and is a recipient of the WISE–KIRAN PDF Award (2024).

Dr. Ruby Singh is the Director, Department of Bioinformatics at Gevanam Genomics Company, Lucknow. She earned her PhD in Biotechnology (2020) from Amity University and brings 6+ years of R&D experience, including roles as a Research Assistant at Biogenix, Lucknow and as a Medical Researcher at Crazy Fox Creations, Lucknow. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology. Dr Shama Parveen is a Sustainability Consultant at Kognoz Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram and Gender Equality Advisor at GreenLungs Earth Foundation, Faridabad. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Ethics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2019 and is working on her postdoctoral research proposal entitled, “Ecology of Gender”. She was a lecturer at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2017-2018, NavGurukul Social Welfare Foundation, Delhi from June 2022- December 2022.
