A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.

Dr. Neeta Bhagat was Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Biotechnology at the Amity University. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Bundelkhand University in 2008. Then worked as a AP-III in AIB Institute for 15 years. She is having 22+ years of experience in the field of Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical. Her area of expertise includes: Microbiology and Biomedical Sciences. She is the author of 20 +research articles and one book and guided PhD student, many M. Tech, M.Sc., B.Tech, B.Sc. students for project and dissertation work.

Dr. Indra Neel Pulidindi works as an assistant professor at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) & Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Thandalam, Chennai, India. He serves as a Scientific Consultant at JSCIAR, India. He has also been rendering his services as a Visiting Professor at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, in the research group of Professor Sabu Thomas. His specialisation lies in Composites (CFRPs), Biofuels and Biochemicals, Catalysis, Fuel Cells, Carbon materials and Heteropoly Acids. He has published 79 research papers, 8 books, 14 book chapters and secured a patent (6 patents filed). He has guided several PhD, Master’s and Undergraduate students. Given his vast teaching and research experience, Dr. Neel looks forward to adding value to esteemed institution, namely, SMCH and SIMATS where he is currently employed.

Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She holds a PhD in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, and her work spans clinical psychology and behavioral sciences, including the development of psychometric tools. She has 29+ publications, has presented research globally, and received the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award (2021).

Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. He has also delivered training workshops for Jharkhand CID and Dhanbad Police. With a robust career spanning over 15 years, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise in legal strategy and compliance across diverse international markets. Akanksha is a certified DCPLA (Certified Privacy Lead Assessor) by the Data Security Council of India.

Prof S. A. Abbasi has been a Full University Professor and centre director during 1987-2015 and is an Emeritus Professor since then. Prior to it he was Head-in-charge of the Water Quality & Environment Division at the Centre for Water Resources, Kozhikode (1979-87), and a Visiting-cum-Adjunct Professor at California State University (1984-1987). He has also been a Visiting Professor at the universities of Minnesota, Florida, California−Berkeley, Malaya and Al-Ahsa. With 46 books, over 400 papers in indexed journals, 10 patents, over 19,500 citations and a Hirsch Index currently at 75, Prof Abbasi is among the world’s foremost experts in the fields of process safety and environmental engineering. Prof. Kumar is having 25 Years of Experience in the field of Alternative Medicines and Biotechnology. Dr. M. Prasad is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. With 18+ years of teaching experience, including two years of international teaching in Ethiopia, he has guided 35+ UG/PG projects and currently supervises research scholars. A Google Android Educator, he conducts training on Google products across India and has mentored 150+ Google Certified Student Experts. He has published and presented 45+ research papers, organized 20+ academic events, and is a professional member of bodies including IEEE, ISTE, and CSI. His interests include ML, data mining, cloud, Android (Kotlin), MANETs, security, IoT, and visual analytics.

Miss Nishita is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Science Department of Environmental Science at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has submitted his/her Ph.D. thesis in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha. She/he is the BRICS YOUNG SCIENTIST 2023, recipient of any Grants, awards etc.
