He received his Ph.D. Degree in anti-cancer research from Centre for DNA Fingerprinting & Diagnostics, Hyderabad, in 2023 and earned his postdoctoral from Lab of Immunology, CDFD Then working as a Project Scientist in CCMB. Dr. Md Afroz Alam is a Professor and Head in the Department of Bioinformatics, at Shalom New Life College, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Bioinformatics from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, Himachal Pradesh in 2009. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.
Dr. Anupriya Rana was working as “Scientist B” in the department of Patanjali Herbal Research Division, Patanjali Research Foundation, Haridwar, India. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany (Nanotechnology) from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur in 2024. She has been an alumna of University of Delhi, Gargi College, 2016 batch and received an academic silver medal in her Masters in 2018. A Cyber Law research scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Legal Sciences, School of Law, Shoolini University (Solan), with an LLM in Constitutional Law (CGPA 8.75) and a B.A. LL.B (Eco. Hons.) specializing in International Law. Their work explores the intersection of law and technology, including predictive policing, AI in justice delivery, cyber law compliance, and facial recognition. Recipient of the Prof. Keith Harris Award and a Best Paper Presenter Award, they also co-founded and led university legal aid initiatives.
Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. Prof. Webster and his team have over 1,350 publications with over 55,000 citations. He is a recent Nobel Prize in Chemistry Nominee.
