Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a distinguished academician and researcher in Behavioral and Allied Sciences. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With over two decades of experience, she has held prominent positions, including Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she implemented NEP 2020 guidelines, supervised Ph.D. scholars, and introduced innovative academic programs.
Dr. Tanwar earned her Ph.D. in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, focusing on socially withdrawn behavior among children. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree.
