Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. Dr. Chitra Dhawale is a Professor in the Science and Technology Department of Datta Meghe Institute of Education and Research (Deemed to be University). She received her Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from S.G.B.Amravati University in 2009. She is having 25+ years of teaching and research experience in computer science. Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She holds a PhD in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, and her work spans clinical psychology and behavioral sciences, including the development of psychometric tools. Ms. Daina Yesuraj is a Lecturer in the GUCR department at the University of Dubai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. Degree in Marine biotechnology from the University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy since 2023.
