Dr. Sukumar Roy is an Indian Chemist and Scientist. He is the visionary former Additional General Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited’s Ceramic Technological Institute. With over 32 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, he led various in-house R&D projects, focusing on nano-structured materials, ceramic membranes, SCR catalysts, electrical insulation, and acoustic paints. Holding a Ph.D. from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Dr. Roy has worked at esteemed institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Metals Research. He has published over 100 articles, guided numerous students, received prestigious academic awards, served on expert committees, and delivered over 200 invited lectures globally. He is also a recipient of several national & international academic awards; notable ones are German Academic Exchange Fellowship (DAAD), UNDP-UNIDO Fellowship, Max Planck Society Research Fellowship, CSIR Research Fellowship, DST-IACS Scholarship, Merit Scholarship (Govt. of West Bengal) etc. He has also served as a member in certain expert advisory committees in the country (DST, Ceramic Technology; Centre for nanoscience & nanotechnology, Univ. of Madras) and a Board Member in academic curriculums of various institutions from time to time in his profession. Dr Shama Parveen is a Sustainability Consultant at Kognoz Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram and Gender Equality Advisor at GreenLungs Earth Foundation, Faridabad. She has received her Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Ethics from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2019 and is working on her postdoctoral research proposal entitled, “Ecology of Gender”. She was a lecturer at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2017-2018, NavGurukul Social Welfare Foundation, Delhi from June 2022- December 2022. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of teaching, environmental sustainability, counselling and social work. Dr. Dimple Thakar is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Computer Science at Marwadi University, with a prolific 20-year academic career intertwined with over three years of industry experience in IT and software development. Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She is having 15 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmacology and Material Science. Her Area of Expertise includes: Plant Secondary metabolites to nanomaterials, biomaterials, Toxicology. Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 129; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Scientist specializing in Nanobiotechnology. With a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Product Development) from the University of Quebec, Canada, Dr. Das has established himself as a trailblazer in his field. His research experience spans 3.5 years at IIT Guwahati and includes groundbreaking work in developing nanoformulation for delivery to cancer cells. Dr. Das has an impressive publication record, with 70 peer-reviewed international research and review papers, including one edited book (Wiley). He has also contributed significantly to conferences and holds a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI- Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), India, and an Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, Australia, Dr. Das supervised PhD students and collaborated on pioneering projects.
