Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from the University of Madras in 2023. With eight years of research experience, her expertise is centered on the preparation, characterization, and fabrication of low-dose X ray detectors.Her research focuses on the development of inorganic nanostructured materials with varied morphologies, including perovskite-based semiconductors, polymer-based nanocomposites,biomaterials, and metal oxide nanomaterials.Dr. Karthieka got hands on experience in the synthesis of nanomaterials through various methods and trained many post graduate students during her doctorate degree. Additionally, her industrial expertise in thin-film fabrication for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic photodetector (OPD) devices development, experience on various large area coating techniques, translating theoretical knowledge into industrial application.

Dr. Janmejoy Gupta, is the Dean in the Department of Architecture at the University of School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, (An Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Education, Government of India), Andhra Pradesh, India. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (Deemed to be University) in 2017. Then worked as an Assistant Professor (2011-2018) and then Associate Professor (2018-till date) in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, respectively for 12 Years. Prof. (Dr.) Kamini Chauhan Tanwar is a Professor and Head in Behavioral and Allied Sciences at the Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology, Amity University, Haryana. With 20+ years of academic leadership, she has served as Associate Dean at K.R. Mangalam University and Officiating Dean at SGT University, where she contributed to NEP 2020 implementation, PhD supervision, and new program development. She holds a PhD in Child Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University, and her work spans clinical psychology and behavioral sciences, including the development of psychometric tools. Dr. Himadri B. Bohidar is currently associated with National Center for Excellence in Agro- nanotechnology TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Center, Gurgaon, NCR. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1981 and earned Academic Experience of 31 years in Teaching & Research.
