Dr. Devendra Pal Singh is a former Principal Scientist/Professor in the Crop Protection Department of IIWBR Karnal at the University/ institute of ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Plant Pathology from GBPUAT&T Pantnagar University in 1985. Then worked as a Principal Scientist in ICAR-Indian Institute of Wheat & Barley Research Institute/University for 28 Years. He is having 37 Years of Experience in the field of Agriculture. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Singh is a retired Professor in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at the Banaras Hindu University of Varanasi. He received his Ph.D. Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Banaras Hindu University University in 1981. Then worked as a Professor in Genetics and Plant Breeding, Banaras Hindu University for 15 Years. He is having 36 Years of Experience in the field of Microbial Genetics. His area of expertise includes: Cell Biology, Plant-Microbe Interaction and Bacterial Genetics. He is recipient of many project grants from UGC, CSIR, Department of Biotechnology and Department of Science and Technology, guided 15 Ph.D students, published 45 research papers awarded with Biotechnology National Award.

Dr. Mohd Zamir Pakhuruddin is currently the Director at Institute of Nano Optoelectronics Research and Technology (IDNOR) and a lecturer at School of Physics, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia. He spent about 8 years in industry as a Senior Engineer of Photolithography and Sputtering (R&D) in SilTerra and Fuji Electric, Kulim Hi-Tech Park respectively. His current research includes black silicon, perovskite and organic solar cells for conventional, solar windows and indoorphotovoltaic applications. To date, he has published more than 40 research papers in the field of photovoltaic. He has been a keynote speaker and an invited speaker in international conferences, seminars and trainings on topics related to the physics of solar cells, optics and light-trapping, photovoltaic technologies andphotovoltaic manufacturing. He is a Professional Technologist (Ts.) in Green Technology, which is awarded by Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

His Area of Expertise includes Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Nano-bio interface science, Soft Matter Science, Polymer Physics, Biophysics.
