Dr. R. Sharma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras (Chennai). He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee (1994), completed an M.Tech in Ocean Engineering (1999), and received his PhD from IIT Kharagpur (2008). His research focuses on the design, analysis, and production of marine structures, along with marine robotics and dynamic data-driven forecasting systems. He is actively engaged in advancing ocean engineering solutions through interdisciplinary research that bridges structural engineering, robotics, and predictive modeling.

Dr. A. O. Surendranathan is a Retired Professor in the Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Ph. D. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Mangalore University in 1994. Then continued to work as a Lecturer (Senior Scale) in National Institute of Technology for 2 Years. He is having 41 Years of Experience in the field of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. His Area of Expertise includes Powder Metallurgy, Super plasticity, Lithium Battery, and Corrosion. He is the author of a book entitled, “An Introduction to Ceramics and Refractories”, recipient of 7 Project Grants. 7 awards etc.

Dr. Anupriya Rana was working as “Scientist B” in the department of Patanjali Herbal Research Division, Patanjali Research Foundation, Haridwar, India. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany (Nanotechnology) from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur in 2024. She has been an alumna of University of Delhi, Gargi College, 2016 batch and received an academic silver medal in her Masters in 2018. She had more than 6 years of research (Scientist B, Research Associate and DST Research Fellow) and academic experience. Mr. Dushyant Tiwari is a distinguished graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. He founded Scripta Lex Law Firm and established an independent legal practice, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Allahabad High Court, the Delhi High Court, and several tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, and consumer forums in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Ali H. Wheeb is a Professor in the Computer Engineering College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2024) from UKM University and brings 10 years of experience in computer engineering along with 16 years in academia. His expertise spans computer engineering and networking, UAV systems, UAV routing protocols, and machine learning, including reinforcement learning. Dr. R.R. Karthieka currently serves as a Research Scientist at Silveray Ltd., United Kingdom.
