She is also the member of prestigious peptide societies, reviewer of journal PlosOne as well as the recipient of CSIR and ICMR senior fellowships. Mr. Kaustav Ghosh is an advocate at the Calcutta High Court in West Bengal and a notable figure in environmental law and advocacy. As the founder of Lawet, he aims to foster significant societal impacts through legal channels. Currently, he is a proactive member of the climate change education research community at Cambridge University Press, the World Commission on Environmental Law of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, and the United Nations Ocean Decade Network. His efforts are dedicated to advancing sustainable development and promoting animal protection. Ghosh’s commitment extends beyond the courtroom as he contributes to research and policy development, aiming to address critical environmental issues globally. His work not only underscores his dedication to environmental advocacy but also his belief in the power of law to effectuate substantial change in society.

Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering (2021) from UPES, Dehradun, with research focused on semantic information extraction using deep learning, particularly for agricultural applications. He is also pursuing a postdoctoral fellowship at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana, Mexico. A prolific researcher, he has published 21+ SCI/SCIE-indexed articles and additional Scopus publications, contributed to books and book chapters, and holds a granted patent. He has supervised PhD candidates and delivered workshops and T3 sessions in machine learning, business analytics, and optimization, with interests spanning deep learning, IoT, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Saroj Kumar Singh obtained M.Tech. & Ph.D (Materials Science) from I.I.T., Kharagpur. He retired as Professor in AcSIR, Chief Scientist, and Head of Advanced Materials Technology Department of CSIR- IMMT, Bhubaneswar, in 2016. He has contributed significantly in various fields of Materials Science and Engineering. His contribution towards the development of Advanced Materials through the thermal plasma route from ores and minerals and solid wastes generated from mineral-based industries is particularly praiseworthy. He has developed and designed various plasma reactors indigevously for the above purposes. He completed several projects in Plasma Processing as PI and team members funded by different sponsor agencies such as DST, NALCO, IRELTD, DMSRDE. CSIR, BRNS, NMDC, MoM, MoS, Vedanta Ltd., etc.

Dr. GAURAV MUDGAL is an Associate Professor in the University Institute of Biotechnology within Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab. Previous to this he headed science clusters at Auronya College, Pondicherry and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He is a La Caixa fellow, and received his Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biosciences with the highest distinction from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain in 2014 with his work on molecular biology of coronavirus-host interactions realized at the CSIC center of excellence -National Center of Biotechnology. He had previously worked as a nationally recruited scientific officer at the CGIAR headquarters of ICRISAT in Hyderabad and had handled many projects related to transgenic crop developments. He is having 16 years of research experience in biotechnology. His area of Expertise includes: Molecular biology of virus-host interactions, plant-microbe interaction, plant and animal biodiversity, underutilized crop translations and bioremediation. He is the author of many publications with the journals like PLOS, MDPI, Nature, Springer, Elsevier and Taylor & Francis and a recipient of a core research grant of 4.3 million INR for his work on DNA barcoding and morphometrics on Indian tardigrades.
