Spatial Multi-Omics Using R: Single-Cell RNA-Seq, Tissue Mapping & Biomarker Discovery

From Single-Cell RNA Sequencing to Spatial Tissue Mapping, Multi-Omics Integration & Disease Biomarker Discovery Using R

12–14 Nov 20265:30 Pm IST3 Days(60-90 min each day)Certificate

About This Course

Spatial multi-omics is transforming biomedical research by enabling scientists to investigate gene expression, protein distribution and cellular interactions within their original tissue environments. By combining single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics and proteomics, researchers can explore cellular heterogeneity, tissue organization and molecular mechanisms associated with disease.

This 3-day hands-on workshop provides progressive training in single-cell analysis, spatial tissue mapping, multi-omics integration and candidate disease biomarker discovery using R programming. Participants will explore gene expression datasets, identify cell populations, visualize tissue-specific molecular patterns and investigate disease-associated molecular signatures.

Using R, Seurat, Bioconductor and publicly available research datasets, participants will perform cell clustering, spatial gene expression analysis, tissue mapping and integrated RNA–protein marker interpretation. The workshop connects modern bioinformatics with practical applications in cancer research, precision medicine, molecular pathology and biomarker discovery.

The training is designed to help researchers develop computational skills applicable to their own single-cell and spatial omics studies.
