AI-Guided RNA Epitranscriptomics: m6A Modification Profiling, RNA Regulatory Networks & Disease Biomarkers
Hands-On Training in RNA Methylation Analysis, AI-Based m6A Site Prediction, RNA Regulatory Networks & Disease Biomarker Screening Using Python
About This Course
RNA epitranscriptomics is an emerging field investigating chemical modifications that regulate RNA stability, splicing, translation and gene expression. Among these modifications, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) plays an important role in post-transcriptional gene regulation and has gained significant research attention in cancer, neurological disorders, metabolic diseases and other complex conditions.
This three-day hands-on workshop integrates RNA epitranscriptomics, bioinformatics, Python and artificial intelligence to investigate m6A RNA modifications, regulatory mechanisms and disease-associated molecular signatures.
Participants will explore public RNA modification databases, analyze sequence motifs, develop introductory machine-learning models for m6A site prediction, visualize RNA regulatory interactions and investigate candidate disease biomarkers using curated research datasets.
The workshop emphasizes practical, reproducible computational workflows using Google Colab, allowing participants to apply the demonstrated approaches to their own research.
Aim
