Mr. Rajnish Tandon is a seasoned industry professional with 35+ years of global experience across India, the USA, and Europe, spanning Sales Management, IT Operations, SAP Implementation, and AI/ML. He is a guest faculty at institutions including Chandigarh University, NIFT Delhi, and IIM Kashipur, where he teaches AI/ML, Blockchain, and Critical Thinking. He completed an M.Tech in AI-ML from BITS Pilani (2024), holds an MBA from FMS (1996), and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur (1985).

Mr. Selva Karthick M is a Quality Control Manager and Professor (Embryology Department) at OASIS Fertility, Hyderabad. He holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and a PGDSCT in Stem Cells from Anna University and Loyola College (2005–2010). With 12 years of experience in IVF laboratories, he has worked as a Lab Manager and QC Manager, supporting quality systems and laboratory performance in assisted reproduction. His expertise spans stem cells, IVF lab quality management, and AI applications in reproductive medicine, and he has authored a book chapter on Artificial Intelligence in Assisted Reproductive Technology.

I am Dr. Roopashree M S, an experienced Microbiology and Life Science academic professional with strong expertise in teaching, research guidance, curriculum development, and departmental administration.

I have served as Guest Faculty in the Department of Life Science at Bangalore University and previously worked as Head of the Department of PG Studies and Research in Microbiology at PES College, Bangalore. My teaching experience includes Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Genetics, Environmental Biology, and research methodology.

I hold a PhD in Forest Ecology and Environment from Forest Research Institute University, Dehradun, and an MSc in Microbiology from Bangalore University, where I secured Second Rank. I have guided several postgraduate dissertation projects in areas such as soil fungi, enzyme production, probiotics, antimicrobial activity, bioethanol production, gut microbiota, urinary tract infections, and microbial ecology.

My professional focus is on quality teaching, student mentoring, academic programme development, research supervision, and promoting practical understanding of microbiology and life sciences.

Ms. Aaysha Gupta is a Research Scholar in the Biotechnology Department at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. She is pursuing a PhD in Medical Biotechnology, with a focus on exploring the anti-aging potential of Indian medicinal plants. Ms. Gupta has previously held the positions of Editor and Event Organizer at Microbioz Journals for two years. She brings over three years of dedicated research experience in the field of Medical Biotechnology, specializing in muscle aging.

I am Arjun Ghule, an experienced AI-Cybersecurity Trainer, Technical Education Specialist, and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering educator with over 21 years of academic experience and 3.5 years of industrial experience in electrical systems, communication protocols, and secure system design.

My expertise includes cybersecurity education, networking fundamentals, ethical hacking, SOC operations, IoT security, embedded systems, communication protocols, AI in cybersecurity, and curriculum development. I have trained and mentored students in electronics, IoT, automation, communication systems, and cybersecurity-oriented technologies.

I have served as an Assistant Professor at institutions including MCET Hyderabad, MMCOE Pune, and Aurora Consortium Hyderabad, guiding numerous student projects and developing industry-aligned technical curricula. Alongside academia, I have worked in industrial roles involving automotive electrical design, CAN/LIN/FlexRay protocols, wiring harness systems, and secure communication layouts.

My goal is to contribute to cybersecurity education and technical training, preparing learners for roles such as SOC Analyst, Security Analyst, IT Security Associate, OT Security Support, and Cybersecurity Technician.

 I am Dr S Lekha Priyanka, a Doctoral Degree Holder in Agricultural Entomology with 3 Years of Teaching Experience & ASRB NET Qualified.
 I can guide PG & PhD scholars in Agriculture for Thesis Writing & Data Analysis & Viva preparation.
 Though I have completed a doctoral degree in Entomology, I can guide for writing thesis in all disciplines of Agriculture.
 I can also handle Agriculture courses for B. Sc. (Agriculture) Students.
 I have handled all the Under Graduate courses in Agricultural Entomology & Plant Nematology & Plant Pathology.

Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy Poonuru is a Professor in the Pharmaceutics Department of St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Kakatiya University. He received his Ph.D. Degree in 2017 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2017. Then worked as a Associate Professor in St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences University for 20 Years. He is having 20 Years of Experience in the field of Pharmaceutics His Area of Expertise includes: Novel Drug delivery systems, Coprecipitates, Solubility Enhancement, Bioavailability Improvisation, Brain drug delivery and Topical and transdermal drug delivery systems. He is the author of several articles in national and international Peer review Journals recipient of Received 4.2 lakhs grant from TSCOST for carrying research titled “A Cost Effectiveness Analysis of Rosuvastatin against Atorvastatin in The Primary and Secondary Prevention of Cardiovascular diseases And Stroke” and 3 Lakhs grant for conducting CEP by Pharmacy Council of India titled “New Paradigms in Teaching — Learning Process; Best oral presentation award at 73rd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, 2024, Hyderabad; Best Poster Presentation at NIPER, Hyderabad 2023 Etc.

I am Fathima Hasan Mohamed, a Senior CT Radiographer and Radiology Systems & Workflow Specialist with over 27 years of international experience across South Africa, UAE, and Oman.

I specialize in multislice CT, cardiac CT imaging, radiology quality management, JCI compliance, workflow optimization, PACS/RIS systems, radiation safety, and staff training. I have led quality and patient-safety initiatives, developed SOPs and KPIs, supported PACS/HIS implementation, and mentored radiology teams in advanced clinical imaging practices.

My professional experience includes working with leading healthcare institutions such as SCP Radiology, Sultan Qaboos Cancer Centre, Busamed Gateway Hospital, Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital, Al-Ain Hospital, and Tawam Hospital. I am passionate about improving radiology systems, patient safety, clinical workflow, and radiographer competency through structured education and innovation.

Dr. Subarna Thakur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioinformatics at the University of North Bengal. She received her Ph.D. Degree in Botany from the University of North Bengal in 2014 and then worked as a Post Doc in various institutes like JNU, Bose Institute and IRHS, Angers, France for 4 Years. She is having more than 10 Years of Experience in the field of Computational Biology and Genomics. Her Area of Expertise includes NGS Data analysis, Transcriptomics, Network Biology. She is the author of 10 original research articles in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.

Pratish Jain is a Digital Forensic Analyst at Bhavi CommTech, specializing in digital forensics with 3+ years of experience in forensic investigations, multimedia analysis, and law enforcement training. A Certified Media Examiner (Medex) and Certified Facial Recognition Technician (SAFR), he has contributed to multimedia forensics, crime scene investigations, and 3D reality capture scanning, working closely with law enforcement agencies across India. He has also delivered training workshops for Jharkhand CID and Dhanbad Police. Proficient in tools such as FTK, ADF, AmpedFive, and Leica 3D Scanner, he is focused on advancing modern forensic investigation practices.

Manyara Bonface Baraka is a Data Engineer and Machine Learning practitioner with experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines, data infrastructure, BI analytics solutions, cloud deployment, and scalable data architectures. He is currently completing an MSc in Engineering AI at Carnegie Mellon University Africa and has worked on aviation data engineering, machine learning, cloud-based data systems, and technical mentoring.
