About
Intellectual Property, Global Public Health, and Global Justice is a multidisciplinary international workshop that brings together legal scholars, public health professionals, bioethicists, and global policy experts to analyze the complex intersection of IP law and the right to health.
From patent protections on life-saving drugs and vaccines to the limitations of TRIPs waivers and technology transfer, this workshop will unpack the structures that govern access to health innovations. It will also explore the role of global justice frameworks, human rights obligations, and post-pandemic reforms in driving a more inclusive and resilient health ecosystem.
