Mentor Profile

Dr. Ratul Das is a distinguished Nanobiotechnology Scientist with a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology from the University of Quebec, Canada. With 3.5 years of research experience at IIT Guwahati, he pioneered nanoformulations for cancer cell delivery. Dr. Das boasts 70 peer-reviewed international papers, one edited book, and a US patent. As an Associate Fellow at TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre and Honorary Fellow of IFM, Deakin University, he supervised PhD students and contributed to national guidelines for nano-based products. He co-founded ‘Nanotechnology for Environmental Engineering’ journal and advises ‘Save The Environment’ NGO on nano-induced health effects. Dr. Das remains dedicated to innovation and environmental impact in Nanobiotechnology.
