How to Submit a Manuscript?
Paper submission for ICBGF 2030 is open.
Authors from academia, healthcare, and industry are invited to submit full-length original research papers for consideration. Contributions must adhere to the Author Guidelines and should not exceed eight pages. Only original research papers and technical papers will be considered; review or survey papers will not be accepted. Submissions must include the corresponding author’s name, email address, and author affiliations, and must not have been published or be under review elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review. Authors will be notified of the review outcome, and revisions, if necessary, must be submitted within 1 week.

Peer Review Process
Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique paper ID. Manuscripts will first be screened for relevance to the conference, originality, and compliance with submission guidelines. All submissions will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review. Only papers revised according to reviewer feedback will be accepted by the Technical Program Committee and invited for presentation during the conference.

With Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees from CSU and dual postdocs in Oncology and Nanochemistry, his expertise spans Biophysical Chemistry, Molecular Spectroscopy, Nanochemistry, Oncology, and Computational Chemistry. He has authored over 20 books, published extensively in reputed journals, and participated in over 800 global conferences, seminars, and summits. Dr. Heidari is a board member of WATOC and a continuous member of AACR and ASBMB. He also serves as the President of the American International Standards Institute (AISI), Head of the Cancer Research Institute (CRI), and Director of the BioSpectroscopy Core Research Laboratory (BCRL) at CSU. He has visited academic institutions across 50+ countries as a research fellow and visiting professor and has earned over 1,000 international awards. Dr. Chander Datt, Principal Scientist at ICAR-NDRI, Karnal, is an expert in animal nutrition with over 25 years of experience. A Gold Medalist graduate from HAU, Hisar, and a Ph.D. from NDRI, he has led 22 research projects in precision nutrition, mineral nutrition, and climate-resilient feeding strategies. He has published 95 research papers, authored several books, and guided numerous M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. scholars. His work in evaluating feed resources and improving livestock productivity has significantly benefited farmers.
Dr. Datt has received prestigious honors, including the Jawahar Lal Nehru Award, ASPEE Gold Medal, and Dr. K. Pradhan Young Scientist Award. He served as Chief Editor of the Indian Journal of Animal Nutrition and is a Fellow of the Animal Nutrition Association. With a global presence through publications and conferences, he continues to make impactful contributions to research, education, and livestock management.
Prof. (Dr.) Naba Kumar Mondal

Dr. Naba Kumar Mondal, Professor of Environmental Science at The University of Burdwan, India, has over 270 publications (citations: >8170, h-index: 48) and has supervised 19 Ph.D. scholars. He established a high-quality Environmental Chemistry laboratory and executed 11 major projects funded by agencies like DST and UGC. His research spans adsorption chemistry, water quality management, indoor air pollution, nanotechnology in mosquito control, and mobile tower radiation's health impacts. He has delivered numerous keynote addresses, chaired conferences, and served on editorial boards of reputed journals. Prof. Mondal is a reviewer for leading publishers like Elsevier and Springer and was listed among Stanford University's top 2% scientists in 2021 and 2022.
Prof. Rakesh Kumar

Prof. Rakesh Kumar has got his postdoctoral training between Sept. 2006 to Oct. 2008 at School of Natural Polymer and Physics, Department of Chemistry, Wuhan University, China. He obtained his Ph.D degree in Biopolymers from IIT Delhi, India in the year 2006. He has received his M.Tech degree from IIT BHU, Varanasi, India and M. Sc. from IIT Roorkee, India in 1998 and 1996, respectively. In Dec. 2008, he joined as a Senior Researcher at Material Science and Manufacturing Unit, Port Elizabeth, South Africa. In March 2012, he joined BIT Mesra, Patna Campus as an Assistant Professor. Presently, he is a Professor in Department of Biotechnology at Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. Dr Kumar focuses his research on soy protein isolate, bacterial cellulose and polyfurfuryl alcohol based biopolymers and biocomposites. All these three biopolymers are obtained from renewable resources. Dr. Kumar has published more than 80 original research papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has delivered several talks at National and International conferences. He had been Principal Investigator in UGC funded projects and presently he is Co-Principal Investigator in DST funded projects of around 42 lakhs. Dr. Kumar has written one text book on Nanoscience and edited three books from NOVA Publisher, USA. Dr. Kumar has been actively working on biopolymers and bioplastics for the past 22 years and has been in the teaching profession for the last 12 years. Three students have been awarded Ph.D degrees under his supervision.
Dr. Ragini Raghav

Dr. Ragini Raghav is a dedicated researcher and educator specializing in nanobiotechnology. She earned her Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, where she developed a nanoparticle-based immunosensor for the detection of cancer antigen CA125. Her academic journey also includes an M.Tech in Biotechnology from Amity University and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Bundelkhand University.
With over a decade of teaching and research experience, Dr. Raghav currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Atmiya University, where she teaches courses on nanobiotechnology, analytical techniques,fermentation technology, and biosensors. Her core expertise lies in the colloidal synthesis of nanomaterials and the development of nanoparticle-based biosensors and immunosensors.
Dr. Raghav's research contributions are reflected in her numerous publications in high-impact journals, including Biosensors and Bioelectronics and Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical. She has also presented her work at several international conferences and has received accolades.
Dr. H. Ramasubba Reddy

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ballari, Dr. Kotresh has held key administrative roles, including BOS Member and Chairman of BOE in the Department of Physics. Then he has worked as Assistant Professor, Head and Program Coordinator in the Department of Bioinformatics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed University) for 11 Years. Dr. Thomas J. Webster

Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 122; Google Scholar) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995; USA) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (Ph.D., 2000; USA). He has served as a professor at Purdue (2000-2005), Brown (2005-2012), and Northeastern (2012-2021; serving as Chemical Engineering Department Chair from 2012 – 2019) Universities and has formed over a dozen companies who have numerous FDA approved medical products currently improving human health in over 20,000 patients. His technology is also being used in commercial products to improve sustainability and renewable energy. He is currently helping those companies and serves as a professor at Brown University, Saveetha University, Vellore Institute of Technology, UFPI, and others. Dr. Webster has numerous awards including: 2020, World Top 2% Scientist by Citations (PLOS); 2020, SCOPUS Highly Cited Research (Top 1% Materials Science and Mixed Fields); 2021, Clarivate Top 0.1% Most Influential Researchers (Pharmacology and Toxicology); 2022, Best Materials Science Scientist by Citations (Research.com); and is a fellow of over 8 societies. He leads initiatives on climate change impacts, demonstrating innovative, climate-smart technologies in farmers' fields across India while overseeing externally funded projects and capacity-building programs for Agri Entrepreneur Mentors. A Ph.D. graduate in Natural Resource Management from IIT Delhi, Dr. Pal previously worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, earning accolades like the Jawaharlal Nehru Award (ICAR) and the Student Incentive Award from the Soil Conservation Society of India. Biotechnology for a Green Future 2030: Translating Research into Solutions for Health, Agriculture, and Industry (ICBGF 2030)

ICBSF 2030 invites full-length original research contributions from professionals in the healthcare industry, academic institutions, R&D organizations, government agencies, and research scholars from across the globe. Researchers are encouraged to submit original research papers and review articles not exceeding eight pages, following the double-column format [Author Guidelines]. Submissions should contribute to new research ideas, developmental approaches, analysis, findings, and results in oncology and cancer care. The manuscript should not have been published or under review in any other journals, magazines, or conference proceedings.
All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review process, and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome. If revisions are recommended by the reviewers, authors will be given fifteen days to submit the revised manuscript from the date of notification.
