Generative AI & Intellectual Property Rights is an interdisciplinary international workshop designed to explore the legal complexities and policy gaps emerging from the widespread use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DeepSeek, and others in creating content, code, images, music, and more.
