I made a mistake on the very first day, but I did not decipher the originally written IST 3PM More correctly. The abbreviation was not explained anywhere and hence I ignored it and waited at 15h European time to connect, while I was in the lab in the morning and did not see the email. Anyway, I take this as my mistake and just point out to you that ist can also be interpreted as international standard time and a European would not think of India until it was mentioned in the email on the day of the workshop, we figured it out!
